HLB Adria and Erasmus Students of PAR University College: Marketing in Practice

HLB Adria continues its mission of supporting students and young professionals by organizing educational events. This time, as part of our youth talent development initiative, we had the pleasure of hosting Erasmus students from PAR University College!

Students from various parts of the world – Portugal, Romania, Argentina, Spain, and Ukraine – were given the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge in the field of marketing through an interactive lecture and a practical insight into our work.

As a member of the HLB International group, HLB Adria promotes modern marketing practices. At HLB, our purpose is to make a positive and sustainable impact on the future of our clients, our employees, and our communities, because we care about their well-being and success. Guided by shared values and behaviors, we collaborate globally and find innovative ways to fulfill this purpose. We have integrated the HLB purpose and values into all internal and external communication channels of our company.

We discussed what this purpose means to us and how to integrate it into our organizational culture at all levels. We reviewed our activities and key performance indicators related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters. We have incorporated purpose, values, and behaviors into our employer brand and onboarding processes for new employees. Moreover, we live our purpose through our shared values and behaviors in our daily activities.

Student interest was remarkably high – they asked numerous insightful and meaningful questions and received concrete and useful answers. In addition to the presentation, we gave them a tour of our company, explaining our working methods, organization, and everyday business processes. To wrap up, we prepared a short quiz, which was a great way for students to test the knowledge they gained during the lecture. We rewarded the top three participants with symbolic prizes as an encouragement for their continued learning and development.
