In the Republic of Croatia, this is a not very well known service, but also a topic of great importance for individuals and for society as a whole. Certain research proves that this is the case by establishing that only 30 percent of companies survive the retirement and death of their owners. These are devastating statistics that are primarily the result of poor knowledge of entrepreneurs related to the method of ensuring inheritance, and then the lack of infrastructure related to the market shares of business entities.
Our retirement planning assistance service includes advisory services in cases of transition from entrepreneur-manager to owner or sale of shares. These services usually precede or are integrated with transaction management, restructuring or tax planning services into a service package.
We recommend creating an inheritance plan at least 3-5 years before the intended event in order to start making adjustments early enough and maximize the profit effects of sales, i.e. build staff and adjust the organization in case of inheritance or professionalization of management.
